PSPCL Assistant Lineman Recruitment 2025
PSPCL has announced the recruitment of 2,500 Assistant Lineman (ALM) positions. The online application process will commence on February 21, 2025, and conclude on March 13, 2025. Candidates must have completed 10th grade with Punjabi as a subject and hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade. The age limit is between 18 and 37 years as of January 1, 2024.
The application fee is ₹944 for General, EWS, and OBC categories, and ₹590 for SC, ST, and PH categories. The selection process includes a written examination, document verification, and medical examination. Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹25,500 to ₹81,100 (Level-3).

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation (10th pass) from a PSEB-recognized school
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade from an NCVT-recognized institute
- Age Limit (as of 01.01.2024): 18 to 37 years (age relaxation applicable for SC/BC and other categories as per PSPCL rules)

Selection Process:
- Written Examination:
- The exam will consist of 100 objective-type questions, each carrying one mark.
- The duration of the exam is 180 minutes.
- The exam will be bilingual (English and Punjabi), except for the Punjabi language questions, which will be in Punjabi.
- Document Verification:
- Candidates who qualify for the written examination will be called for document verification.
- Medical Examination:
- Final selection will be based on the medical fitness of the candidates.
